Shiploud generates text, images, voice and video with AI. You are responsible for what you create and publish; the following is prohibited.
Prohibited content
Content that is illegal, hateful, promotes violence or self-harm, is sexual, involves any abuse of minors, harasses others, or makes misleading health or financial claims.
Copyright and trademarks
Using copyrighted works, music, characters or trademarks you have no rights to, or passing off someone else's content as your own.
Impersonation
Impersonating a real person without their consent, presenting content as if they said it, or presenting made-up events about real people as true.
Platform rules and spam
Trying to get around Instagram or TikTok rules, fake engagement, bulk spam or deceptive advertising.
Enforcement
