By using Shiploud you agree to these terms.
The service
Shiploud lets you create content for your app, schedule it and publish it to the social accounts you connect. The service is provided "as is"; features may change over time.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account's security and the content you publish. Content you create belongs to you. You are responsible for making sure it complies with platform rules (Instagram, TikTok) and the law, including advertising and disclosure rules.
Unacceptable use
Publishing misleading, unlawful, infringing or spam content, or using the service to get around platform rules, is not allowed.
Fees
Plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Prices are shown on shiploud.dev and your Plan page; tax is added at checkout. You can cancel anytime; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Showcase
We may show some videos you make with Shiploud as examples on shiploud.dev and our promotional channels (the showcase). You can ask us to remove a video from the showcase at any time by writing to developer.ardaipek@gmail.com; we remove it within 7 days.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
